What do you want to do?

If you have created quizzes in Quizzes/Survey, you can allow students to access the quizzes from a content page. You can allow students to access all of the quizzes or only some of the quizzes.

• delete a quiz link from a content page

You can add a link to the quizzes in your course. Students can access those quizzes by clicking the Quiz link on the Action Menu of a content page.

1. From the Course Menu, click Content Module. The Content Module screen appears.
2. From the Table of Contents, click the page of content. The Content Page Settings screen appears.
   • If you want to add a link to some of the quizzes in your course, configure the Quiz tool for the content page:
     1. Under Action Menu, in the top section, click Quiz. The Quiz Link List screen appears.
     2. Under Options, from the Add link to selection box, select the quiz that you want to add.
     3. Click Add. The quiz is added to the Quiz Link List.
   • If you want to add a link to all of the quizzes in your course:
     1. Under Action Menu, in the bottom section, select the check box for Quiz.
     2. Click Update.

Note: If both options are selected (i.e. the Quiz check box is selected and the Quiz tool has been configured to show only selected quizzes), all quizzes are displayed.

3. To make the changes available to students, update the student view.

Deleting a quiz | Top

If you have added a quiz link to the Action Menu of a content page, you can delete it. Students will not be able to access the quiz from the content page. The quizzes themselves are not deleted, and students can still access them from Quizzes/Survey.

1. From the Course Menu, click Content Module. The Content Module screen appears.
2. From the Table of Contents, click the page of content. The Content Page Settings screen appears.
   • To delete the link to some of the selected quizzes in your course:
     1. Under Action Menu, in the top section, click Quiz. The Quiz Link List screen appears.
     2. From the Quiz Link List, select the quizzes that you want to delete from the Quiz link.
     3. Under Options, click Delete. A warning message appears.
     4. Click OK. The link to the selected quizzes are deleted from the content page.
   • To delete the link to all selected quizzes in your course:
     1. Under Action Menu, in the top section, click Quiz. The Quiz Link List screen appears.
     2. Under Options, click Delete all. A warning message appears.
     3. Click OK. A final warning message appears.
     4. Click OK. The Quiz Link List appears and all quizzes are deleted.
   • To remove the Quiz link from the Action Menu:
     1. In the breadcrumbs, click the content page. The Content Page Settings screen appears.
     2. Under Action Menu, in the bottom section, clear the check box for Quiz and click Update.
3. To make the changes available to students, update the student view.
