Students have access to all the features of Mail
with three exceptions:
- Students cannot use Paste
records to enter recipients' names
in mail messages.
- Students can only delete their own
mail messages.
- If your WebCT administrator has allowed
mail forwarding to an external email account, you choose whether your
students have this capability. The default setting allows forwarding.
Disallowing mail forwarding
by students to an external email account | Top
- From the Course Menu, click Mail.
The Mail screen appears.
- Click Message
Settings. The Message Settings screen appears.
- Clear the check box next to Allow
users to forward a copy of WebCT mail to an external account.
- Click Update. Your students
no longer have the option of forwarding messages to an external email
account.
