you can't log in or have forgotten your password, you must
send an email message to dlhelp@hcc.mass.edu
containing the following information: Your
Complete Name
Your
Email Address
The
Course(s) you are registered for
Your
WebCT UserName eg. jsmith123
Your
Date of Birth
Your
Phone Number
Your
password will be re-set to be the same as your WebCT Username.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. |
Configure
your Browser for WebCT
You
must make the correct cache settings and enable java in your
Web browser. The browser tune-up must be performed on every
computer you are using to access WebCT. AOL users must follow
additional directions. Go
