Log In Problems? Forgot your Password?
If you can't log in or have forgotten your password, you must send an email message to dlhelp@hcc.mass.edu containing the following information:

Your Complete Name
Your Email Address
 The Course/s you are registered for
Your WebCT Username eg. jsmith123
Your Date of Birth
Your Phone Number

Your password will be re-set to be the same as your WebCT Username. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Configure your Browser for WebCT
You must make the correct cache settings and enable java in your Web browser. AOL users must follow additional directions. Go to the WebCT browser tune-up now.

On-Site Help
