Why do I get an error when I attempt to login and my login information is correct?

The security settings on your browser may be set too high. To login to WebCT your browser settings must allow for cookies to be accepted. Check your cookie setting on the browser configuration page. There could also be the possibility that the WebCT server is down either for maintenance or technical difficulties. If after going the browser settings you still can login, call the helpdesk at 552-2124 or email @ dlhelp@hcc.mass.edu.
