Who do I call if I have a network or software problem?

If you believe you have a problem please call the DL Help Desk at 552-2124 or by email @ dlhelp@hcc.mass.edu. The Help Desk should be able to help you with software and minor technical issues. You can also try Doctor C which is provided through WebCT.
