I forgot my password, what should I do?

Send an email to *dlhelp* and provide the following information:

  1. Your Complete Name
  2. Your Email Address
  3. The Course/s you are registered for
  4. Your WebCT UserName...eg. jsmith123
  5. Your Date of Birth
  6. Your Phone Number
  7. An explanation of any problems you are having

They will re-set your account and notify you of the the change
