I don't see my classes listed under my WebCT or I see classes that I have taken in the past...

If you just registered for your WebCT Classes, it will take 24 hours before your account will work. If you can log into WebCT but don't see your courses, you need to: First, contact the Welcome Center at 413-552-2000 to confirm your registration. Second, contact your Instructor, your courses may not yet be added to your account. Existing users may see courses they had from previous semesters (these will be removed at a later date - just ignore them). Additionally, if you signed up for a course and then dropped it, that dropped course may still appear in your course list in WebCT until the instructor removes you from that course. ITD services only adds the courses but does not remove them from your account. To prevent accidental loss of student data, removing a student from course access is left to the instructor of each course.

DL and Brick & Click students will be automatically added into WebCT courses one week before the scheduled start of courses for each term. At current, we run our scripts to add courses to WebCT user accounts at the end of each day (more often early in the semesters). If you just registered for a course or just activated your WebCT, you should be added into the right courses the next time we run our scripts to add new students into courses.

If it has been more than 48 hours, please contact ITD support by emailing dlhelp@hcc.mass.edu. Make sure to include your full name, your WebCT Username, what course your trying to access, and a brief description of your problem. You can also check with your course instructor.

NOTE --- Please be aware that you need to be registered for each individual course in order to have access to that course in WebCT. If you are not enrolled in a course, you would not have access to that course in WebCT. Not every instructor uses WebCT and may not have materials available via WebCT. If in doubt, check with your instructor.
