Log In Problems? Forgot your Password?

If you can't log in or have forgotten your password, you must send an email message to dlhelp@hcc.mass.edu containing the following information:

Your Complete Name
Your Email Address
The Course(s) you are registered for
Your WebCT Username eg. jsmith123
Your Date of Birth
Your Phone Number

Your password will be re-set to be the same as your WebCT Username. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. 

You will receive a response to any issue within the same working day except for on weekends.  Although we check email on the weekend, response time is not as quick as it would be during college hours of operation.  If you need help over the weekend, it is best to email us instead of calling because we are not by the phone.
